Whenever I start a new costume/outfit/piece, I like to make a pseudo mood board on my desktop of images I find online (most of which I already have, I have a stupid amount of folders of “inspiring” photos) to get a general vibe of what I’m going for. This Saturday I found out there’s going to be some sort of Witch/Wizard themed Halloween event at a bar like 2 steps from my apartment. And while this is the type of witch event where people will be showing up wearing boho skirts and branches in their hair… I will show up serving my best Sarah Jessica Parker in Hocus Pocus glam.  I’m not re-creating her costume, but the sort of witch look I’m going for is like that. But sparkly. And it’s also going to be all about the makeup, including the glitter cross Gaga’s rocking.
